The REMS practitioners listed in this section are all SMB-certified; which means they have been rigorously trained  by Nick Birch and are now ready to assist you with your REMS scans in clinics around the country.

Always check with any REMS clinic that they have been trained by Nick to

show that they are fully certified and have reached the highest level of

certification under him before before you book your scans to ensure that

you are using a clinic that he is satisfied with in terms of the quality of their

scans and patient protocols.

 

Although highly-trained by Nick,  please note that these REMS practitioners will be unable provide medical diagnoses as they are not medically qualified to do so; instead they will offer valuable insights into your overall well-being and bone health nutrition.

We strongly suggest that if, after your scan, if you wish a more detailed medical review and discussion of your REMS results,  you consider booking a Zoom appointment with Nick Birch, where you will:

• discuss in detail the results of your REMS scan reports

• be sent a fully-collated report with your REMS and DEXA scan results and explanations of those results for you and any other interested party with whom you might choose to share your results 

• be provided with essential dietary guidance for bone health and nutrition

These Zoom calls can be either 30-minutes or 60-minutes in length and cost £100 and £200 respectively. These are booked via Nick's PA Kathy on 07534 609934 or email her here. Your scan results will be sent to Nick by the clinic in advance of your Zoom call.

Please note that if you are "new" to OsteoscanUK and have not had a REMS scan before with Nick, then a 60-minute Zoom appointment is needed to give Nick time to explore your medical history.
